PMI Engineering Exports Private Limited is a private company incorporated on 24 March 2005 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.  The company operates in the manufacture of other fabricated metal products n.e.c., serving industries such as aerospace, defense, medical devices, semiconductor, and transportation. 

Role Description

1. Identifying PMC contractor, determine job of PMC & Coordinating PMC Contractor

2. Involving civil construction contractor selection and support vendors

3. Coordinating to get three vendors quote and selection of vendor

4. Involving price negotiation on behalf of PMI and fixation of fare pricing without bias.

5. Ensuring BOM, BOQ of vendors

6. Preparing work orders, terms and conditions of the vendor

7. Ensuring timely execution of assigned project

8. Settling of conflict among civil vendors

9. Free flow work process and coordination with civil construction vendors and workers.

10. Coordinating & Obtaining Civil construction approvals

11. Workplace safety to thru vendors.

12. Pilot project execution & Machinery installation

13. Setting site issues professional and independently 

14. Handing over the project with Operation approvals.

15. Claim of warranty and Guarantee

16. Industrial project execution is added advantage 

17. Liaising with government officials, pre project approvals and post project license 

Qualifications

BE / B Tech - Civil / Mechanical or equal

Experience - 5 to 10 years in construction project execution

Sriperumbudur site exp preferable
