Role Description
Pharma Access is seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager Civil for its Mumbai office. The Project Manager will oversee civil engineering projects for pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include coordinating construction activities, managing project schedules, supervising infrastructure development, resolving on-site challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and proficiently manage resources.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure development, including understanding of design and construction principles.
- Experience with Budgeting and effective cost management for large-scale projects.
- Proven skills in Construction Management and overseeing construction activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with regulatory compliance or projects in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a strong advantage.
