Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager Civil based in Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee civil engineering and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include managing project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as coordinating with on-site teams to ensure quality standards are met. The role also involves problem-solving, preparing reports for stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory compliance in all project phases.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and Construction Management for overseeing and delivering projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure development, including technical design and planning.
- Expertise in Budgeting for projects, cost estimation, and resource management to optimize financial performance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within civil or construction engineering sectors.
