Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager Civil, based in Hyderabad. The Project Manager Civil will oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, tracking project progress, resolving construction challenges, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
• Expertise in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure development
• Experience in Construction Management and site supervision
• Strong Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards in construction
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications in project management are a plus
• Prior experience managing large-scale residential projects in the construction industry in India is highly desirable
