Manager / Senior Manager – Projects (Civil)
📍 Location: Mumbai
About the Role
We are seeking a senior projects leader with 15–20 years of experience in managing multi‑location civil projects. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in project execution, stakeholder management, and renewable energy initiatives, who can operate at a Head Office level and coordinate across plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Greenfield and Civil Maintenance Projects across multiple sites.
- Drive renewable energy initiatives, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
- Review engineering designs, layouts, budgets, and vendor proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize vendors, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and statutory compliance.
- Deliver monthly MIS and quarterly review reports with actionable closure.
Desired Profile
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical from a recognized institute.
- Experience: 15–20 years in project management (multi‑location, Head Office exposure).
- Technical Skills: Project Management, Civil Engineering, MEP, Renewable Energy, AutoCAD.
- Behavioral Skills: Leadership, communication, analytical thinking, negotiation, networking.
- Mobility: High willingness to travel across sites.
