Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project execution within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
· Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
· Manage project budgets, cost estimation, allocation, and budget control activities.
· Maintain quality standards with proper knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution.
· Handle manpower, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment required for projects.
· Ensure effective utilization of resources and arrange necessary tools and materials when required.
· Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, electricians, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
· Maintain complete project documentation including progress reports, financial records, and compliance reports.
· Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
· Strong knowledge of project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project.
· Knowledge of architectural drawings and CAD software tools.
· Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
· Experience in construction/project execution will be preferred.

· Strong leadership and coordination skills.
· Good understanding of construction processes and site management.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
