We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Project Manager (Civil) to oversee and manage our villa construction projects in Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ā ā Lead and manage villa construction projects from planning to final handover.
ā¢ā ā Ensure timely project execution within budget and quality standards.
ā¢ā ā Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
ā¢ā ā Monitor daily site operations, manpower, materials, and resource utilization.
ā¢ā ā Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.
ā¢ā ā Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and construction standards.
ā¢ā ā Identify project risks and resolve site issues proactively.
ā¢ā ā Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and internal teams for smooth project flow.
ā¢ā ā Maintain clear communication with management regarding project status and milestones.
Required Qualifications & Skills
ā B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
ā Minimum 5+ years of experience in building construction / residential / villa projects
ā Strong knowledge of construction execution, finishing works, site management, and quality control
ā Proven experience in handling contractors, vendors, and multiple site teams
ā Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
ā Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
