Role Description The Project Manager Civil and Interior is responsible for overseeing civil and interior works from planning to handover for corporate, commercial, and institutional projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure that timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks include preparing project schedules, monitoring progress on site, managing resources and contractors, resolving technical and design issues, and ensuring alignment between civil, interior, and MEP activities. The role also includes cost tracking, documentation, reporting to senior management, and conducting regular site inspections to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory norms.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Construction Management skills for planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of civil and interior projects.
- Candidates should possess Civil Engineering and Infrastructure knowledge to review designs, understand structural requirements, and ensure integration with MEP and interior works.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to prepare estimates, track costs, manage variations, and support financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing commercial or corporate interior fit-out and civil works, preferably with exposure to MEP-coordinated projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic understanding of design and drafting software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD) is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
