Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

🔹 Job Summary
Looking for highly motivated Project Managers / Business Analyst to support our client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and basic knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role requiring flexibility and ownership.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
Schedule, organize, and facilitate daily/weekly project meetings
Prepare and maintain:
Project plans
Status reports
Meeting minutes (MoM)
Track project progress and highlight risks/issues proactively
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Support Agile ceremonies:
Daily Stand-ups
Sprint Planning
Retrospectives
Ensure proper documentation and reporting standards
Handle multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic project needs
🔹 Required Skills
Strong Project Coordination & Organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in client interaction / stakeholder management
Experience in AI Tools / AI Projects
Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Waterfall methodology
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Comfortable working in challenging and fast-paced environments
High level of flexibility and adaptability
🔹 Technical / Tools (Preferred)
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Project tools like:
Jira / Azure DevOps / Trello
Basic understanding of:
Project tracking tools
Reporting dashboards
