Own and drive end-to-end WMS project delivery from initiation and planning through deployment, hypercare, and project closure across medium to extra-large engagements. Manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery within agreed scope and quality benchmarks. Execute projects within hybrid environments leveraging both Waterfall and Agile ScrumSAFe methodologies, adapting governance models to project complexity. Develop comprehensive project plans, milestone schedules, RAID logs, and status dashboards; provide consistent, audience-customised updates to teams, steering committees, and executive sponsors. Independently manage and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies with structured mitigation strategies and timely communication. Support Programme Managers in the oversight and reporting of broader SCM programmes where required. Independently lead and structure responses to large, complex WMS RFPs and deal pursuits including solution architecture, delivery methodology, resource models, commercials, and implementation roadmaps. Create and institutionalise reusable frameworks, accelerators, and playbooks for how the organisation can position, scope, and deliver WMS solutions at scale. Collaborate with pre-sales, solutioning, and commercial teams to develop compelling, differentiated SCM capability propositions for clients. Present and defend proposed WMS solutions, delivery approaches, and effortcost models to client procurement panels and internal leadership. Lead vendor evaluation exercises RFPRFI processes for WMS platform selection and system integrator engagements; manage third-party vendor performance and contractual obligations. Own project budget management forecast, track, and report on key financial performance indicators including Total Cost of Ownership TCO, Estimate to Complete ETC, Estimate at Completion EAC, and Run Rate. Ensure adherence to financial constraints and resource allocation plans; raise early warnings on budget deviations and recommend corrective actions. Provide mentorship to junior consultants, business analysts, and functional configurators on WMS programmes. Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, training materials, and post-implementation runbooks to institutionalise knowledge. Contribute to the growth of the SCM IS practice through capability building, methodology enhancement, and participation in communities of practice. Demonstrate creativity and innovation by identifying continuous improvement opportunities within PMO practice and project delivery methodologies.
