Job Title: Project Manager – BFSI (Wealth & Asset Management)
Location: Mumbai (3 Days WFO)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 9+years
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 9–12 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in BFSI, particularly in Wealth and Asset Management.
- Extensive hands-on experience with JIRA, including advanced workflows, dashboards, and custom reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment lifecycle, portfolio management, and advisory platforms.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies; experience running Scrum or Kanban projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in mentoring, interviewing, and developing project management talent.
- Exposure to digital transformation, cloud migration, or FinTech integrations is a strong plus.
