Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery for electrical infrastructure and EPC assignments, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Daily responsibilities involve coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics, inspection, and site teams to ensure timely execution, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. The Project Manager monitors project progress, manages risks, prepares status reports, and communicates with clients and stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget. The role also includes resolving operational issues, driving continuous improvement, and supporting documentation and handover processes.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, execution, and monitoring of EPC or electrical infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on expeditor and expediting skills to follow up on procurement, vendor deliveries, and material availability.
- Inspection-related skills to coordinate and review quality checks, site inspections, and compliance with technical standards.
- Logistics management skills to oversee transportation, warehousing, and on-time delivery of equipment and materials to project sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field; a postgraduate qualification in project management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, EPC workflows, safety regulations, and relevant industry codes and standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams on-site.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work under time constraints, and solve problems in a structured manner.
- Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or electrical projects in India is preferred.
