Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager – HRMS Implementations to
support end-to-end delivery of HRMS/HCM projects. This role is ideal for someone in the early to
mid stage of their project management career, who can manage project activities, collaborate with
stakeholders, and ensure timely and quality delivery of HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
• Support end-to-end HRMS implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support
• Assist in defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
• Create and maintain project plans, trackers, and status reports
• Ensure adherence to project governance and implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as a coordination point for HR, IT, business teams, and implementation partners
• Support requirements gathering, workshops, and regular project meetings
• Share periodic updates, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
HRMS Implementation Support
• Assist in implementation of HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits
• Coordinate activities related to configuration, integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live readiness
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and system setup
Risk & Quality Management
• Track project risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalate when needed
• Support change requests and documentation
• Assist in user training, adoption, and ensuring solution quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
• Experience in project coordination or project management
• At least 2 years of experience in HRMS/HCM implementations or HR tech projects
• Basic understanding of HR processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle)
• Good project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, risk awareness)
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Technical / Functional
• Exposure to HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar
• Basic understanding of integrations, data migration, and reporting
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery models
• Working knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (nice to have, not mandatory)
• Experience working in SaaS or HR tech environments
• Exposure to change management practices or frameworks
