Role Summary
We are looking for a
go-getter Project Manager who values timely delivery and takes complete ownership of project execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, execution-focused, and committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of design & build and interior fit-out projects — timelines are non-negotiable.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare floor plans as required.
- Drive MEP execution and manage vendor performance on-site.
- Coordinate with design, vendors, and site teams for seamless delivery.
- Prepare and control BOQs, estimates, and budgets.
- Ensure high-quality execution and strict adherence to drawings and specifications.
- Convert CAD drawings into an accurate on-site implementation.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems.
- Expertise in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Strong on-site execution knowledge.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Prior experience in a design & build / interior fit-out firm is a plus.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Past entrepreneurial experience is a plus
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in project execution.
