Zepcruit is an early-stage, revenue-generating AI-powered hiring intelligence platform built to replace gut-based hiring decisions — using AI-proctored interviews and psychometric profiling to generate a verdict on every candidate before a human gets involved. The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager who can own delivery end-to-end — from sprint planning to stakeholder updates — without needing hand-holding. You'll work directly with our founding team, bridging product, engineering, and client commitments.
What You'll Do
- Own project delivery end-to-end — from requirement lock to go-live — across product builds and client engagements
- Gather, document, and baseline requirements before development begins; manage scope changes with a clear change request process
- Run sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives with the tech team; keep Agile ceremonies tight and purposeful
- Track project health — timelines, milestones, resource utilization, and budget — and flag risks before they become incidents
- Coordinate with our external development partner on deliverables, review outputs against agreed specs, and hold them accountable to timelines
- Interface directly with enterprise clients on delivery status, expectation-setting, and escalation resolution — you're the face of execution
- Own UAT coordination, release readiness checks, and go-live sign-offs in partnership with the engineering team
- Prepare and present weekly project health reports to the founding team — clear, concise, no sugar-coating
- Maintain structured documentation across all projects — SOWs, project plans, RAID logs, meeting notes, and status trackers
- Step in as the first line of resolution when delivery goes off-track — internally or externally________________________________________
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of hands-on PM experience in a software/SaaS environment
- Strong command of tools like Jira, Notion, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology — not just the theory
- Clear communicator — written and verbal
- Someone who takes ownershipg
- Bonus: experience working in a startup or early-stage product company
