Experience: 5 – 10 years’ project management experience
Travel: Appx. 25% depending on the job need.
Preferred Qualifications and skills:
- Experience in managing projects in similar industries or with comparable project types, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- PMP certification
- Holding advanced certifications such as Six Sigma, or Agile certifications, or having completed leadership training programs to enhance project management skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, AI tools, automation solutions, or industry-specific software that can drive project efficiency and innovation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Profile:
- Responsible for cost estimation/budgeting/control
- Responsible for all aspects of the project, and for fulfilling the scope of supply and service for the project including scope management, risk management, Procurement plan, schedule management, change management, Document Index, project forecast, billing & collection.
- PM shall coordinate all engineering activities within the project, with due support from Engineering consultants/managers.
- PM shall organize resources for smooth execution of the project as when required in coordination with engineering consultants/ managers.
- PM shall perform project milestone reviews (PM checklists) and file the records of these Checks in the project control folder.
- PM shall submit progress reports to Customer and BU Head based on the project requirements.
- PM shall negotiate, plan, submit change orders for approval and execute change the requirements raised by the client.
- Once the project milestone is achieved, coordinate with commercial node to get the commercial invoice is prepared and submit to customer. Follow up with customer for releasing the payment.
- If the project schedule is extended beyond the delivery date stipulated in the contract, provide the facts regarding project delays and obtain the delivery extension from the customer.
- Complete billing reconciliation internally and with customer
- PM shall submit a project closure report to BU Head, ensure project close-out in SAP, capture lessons learnt and ensure knowledge sharing.
- Responsible for all integration activities.
