Job Description: Project Manager – Interiors/Fit-out

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Manager Projects to lead end-to-end execution of commercial, retail and residential interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Plan, schedule, and monitor all interior projects from kickoff to handover
- Manage multiple sites simultaneously - residential, commercial, retail, office
- Ensure quality of workmanship, material usage, and adherence to BOQ
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Be the single point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates
- Conduct site visits with clients, address concerns, and manage expectations
- Coordinate with design team to ensure design intent is executed correctly
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and manage site engineers, carpenters, masons, electricians, and other subcontractors
- Manage vendor procurement, negotiations, and timely material delivery
- Conduct daily/weekly site meetings and track progress
Budget & Costing
- Track project budget, control costs, and avoid leakages
- Review and approve RA bills, vendor bills, and site expenses
- Prepare project MIS, cost reports, and forecast
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure safety norms and company policies are followed on site
- Maintain project documentation: drawings, approvals, snag lists, handover docs
- Close projects with proper snagging and client sign-off
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *Education:* http://B.Arch / B.E Civil / Diploma in Civil/Interior with relevant experience
- *Experience:* 5-7 years in interior fit-outs, preferably in a project management role
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, modular furniture, MEP, and civil works
- Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQ, and AutoCAD/SketchUp
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and MS Office
