Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will oversee the entire life cycle of residential construction projects by coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely completion, managing resources, and addressing challenges. Typical responsibilities include expediting processes, conducting inspections, managing logistics, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to project timelines and budgets. The role requires strategic planning, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely material and resource availability
- Strong skills in Project Management for planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
- Experience with Inspection to maintain quality control and compliance with standards
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for effective coordination of materials and workforce
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in residential or home construction is an advantage
