Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of customer implementation projects, overseeing the process from kickoff to go-live and the stabilization phase
- Create and update project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependency management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination, providing status updates, monitoring progress, and resolving issues
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Analysts, Technical Implementation Specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and priorities
- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and issues, manage dependencies, and escalate concerns proactively when needed
- Organize and coordinate functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and activities to prepare for go-live
- Verify that all requirements are fully implemented, tested, and validated before the go-live date
- Provide support during the post go-live stabilization period and facilitate a seamless handover to support teams
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Delivery Management, Implementation Management, or Project Management roles
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level, customer-facing product implementations
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
- Solid foundation in project management principles, including planning, tracking, and managing risks and issues
- Ability to comprehend product workflows and business processes to effectively address functional inquiries
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and quality assurance
- Familiarity with the US healthcare domain, including areas such as Prior Authorization (PA), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Claims, Eligibility, and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
