Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee electrical and villa projects from planning to successful completion. The candidate should possess strong project execution capabilities along with sound technical knowledge in internal electrical wiring systems, electrical installations, and site coordination.
The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute villa electrical projects and other electrical infrastructure works
Supervise internal electrical wiring works including conduit laying, cable routing, DB installations, lighting systems, and power distribution
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution
Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities
Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress on daily basis
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at project sites
Handle expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Manage logistics and transportation planning for project requirements
Coordinate inspections and testing activities as per project requirements
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong experience in Project Management and Electrical Project Execution
Knowledge of Villa Projects and residential electrical systems
Good understanding of Internal Wiring Works and electrical installations
Experience in Expediting, Site Coordination, and Inspection activities
Familiarity with Logistics Management and material planning
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project planning and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
Previous experience in Electrical Contracting, EPC, Residential, or Manufacturing industry is preferred
