Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and execution to ensure successful and timely completion of projects. Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, managing logistics operations, and streamlining procurement processes. The role requires meticulous inspection and reporting to ensure project progress aligns with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Experience with Expediting and identifying solutions to project bottlenecks.
- Proficiency in Expeditor and Inspection roles to ensure timeline adherence and quality standards.
- Expertise in Logistics Management and supply chain optimization.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven understanding of construction methodologies, civil-structural-MEP engineering, and LSTK contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with a focus on data-driven controls is highly desirable.
