Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Ranchi. The Project Manager will oversee real estate projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; scheduling and monitoring construction activities; and managing documentation, permits, and inspections. The role will also involve tracking project progress, identifying risks, resolving issues on-site, and reporting status updates to senior leadership. The Project Manager will be expected to enforce safety and compliance standards, optimize resource utilization, and support timely handover to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to support project timelines.
- Inspection experience, including site inspections, quality checks, and compliance verification with building codes and company standards.
- Logistics Management capabilities, covering coordination of transport, material handling, inventory tracking, and vendor follow-up.
- Proven experience managing construction or real estate development projects, preferably in residential or commercial buildings.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a focus on execution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and on-site teams.
- Proficiency in project management and MS Office tools; familiarity with construction management or scheduling software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
