Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Delhi, India. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion phases of real estate development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, resource allocation, quality inspections, and expediting tasks to meet deadlines. You will also coordinate with the logistics team and vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource management.
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Skills in Inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate supply chain operations effectively.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate or construction projects will be considered an advantage.
