Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head specializing in Interior and Civil projects, located in South Delhi. The Project Head will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of interior and civil projects. Responsibilities include project management, team coordination, vendor management, timeline tracking, quality assurance, and ensuring designs meet client requirements. The individual will regularly liaise with various stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and adherence to approved timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, team coordination, and timeline tracking
- Experience in Interior and Civil design, including expertise in technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Construction Management and Quality Control for achieving timely and high-standard project delivery
- Knowledge of Vendor Management, Procurement, and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills for driving project teams and engaging stakeholders
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail to address challenges effectively during the project lifecycle
- Proficiency in relevant design and project management software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in handling large-scale interior and civil projects
