Role Summary: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects within budget, timelines, and quality standards, while managing stakeholders and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities from concept to handover.
- Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and ensure cost control.
- Conduct site visits, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, environmental, and legal guidelines.
- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project milestones.
- Prepare MIS reports on project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Requirements:
- BE Civil or equivalent degree.
- Proven track record in real estate or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
