📢 We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Exhibitions
Tulip 3P Media Private Limited, organiser of leading B2B exhibition on different industry verticals, is looking for a proactive Project Manager to drive the planning and execution of its B2B exhibitions.
📍 Location: Gurugram
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities
• Drive exhibitor acquisition, exhibition space sales, and sponsorship revenue.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve exhibition revenue and participation targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with manufacturers, industry associations, and strategic partners.
• Monitor pipelines, and drive timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Engage key accounts, negotiate proposals, and close participation and sponsorship agreements.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support exhibitor retention and exhibition growth.
Who We’re Looking For
A professional with experience in B2B exhibitions, trade fairs, or event project management, strong leadership and communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
