We're Hiring: Project Manager – Plumbing & Firefighting Systems
📍 Raipur, Chhattisgarh | Full-time | On-site
QSEPL is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead plumbing and firefighting system installations across commercial, industrial, and high-rise residential projects.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end execution — scope, schedule, budget, quality
- Oversee water supply, drainage, sprinkler, hydrant & suppression systems (NBC, NFPA, local authority compliant)
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, civil & structural teams
- Review shop drawings, BOQs & material submittals
- Manage subcontractors, procurement & site safety
- Drive testing, commissioning & fire NOC documentation
What we're looking for:
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) or equivalent; PMP is a plus
- 8–15 years in plumbing/firefighting execution, incl. 3+ years in project management
- Strong grasp of NBC 2016, IS codes, NFPA 13/14/20, TAC/AERB guidelines
- Experience with multi-crore MEP contracts — towers, hospitals, airports, industrial plants
- Proficient in MS Project / Primavera P6
