Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Technical Resourcing Specialist to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, in-person role, and candidates must be based in or willing to work from the Noida office location. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment, technical screening, stakeholder coordination, and end-to end hiring processes for technology roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end IT technical recruitment for various technology positions.
• Source candidates/ Trainers through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and
networking channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and project
experience.
• Conduct initial technical discussions with client and technical screening calls with
Trainer
• Coordinate interviews with sales and technical panels.
• Maintain and update databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for ongoing and future
requirements.
• Work closely with business team to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Ensure timely closure of open requirement within defined turnaround times.
• Negotiate compensation and assist in PO rollout and Training processes.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the cycle.
• Stay updated on current IT market trends, technologies, and Resource availabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in IT technical recruitment/resourcing.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with recruitment tools and job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Requirement
• Candidate must be available to work from Noida location (In-Person Role Only).
Preferred
• Experience in hiring for software development, cloud, infrastructure, data, or
support roles.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
