🚀 Hiring: Project Manager – Technology Project Delivery Head
📍 Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)
💼 Experience: 10–15+ Years (5–8+ Years in Project & Delivery Management)
📌 Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 30 days’ notice preferred.
We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Delivery Head to lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive project excellence, manage engineering teams, ensure successful delivery, and champion modern software delivery practices including AI-enabled engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead multiple technology projects from initiation to deployment & support
🔹 Manage web, mobile, cloud, enterprise applications, CMS, eCommerce & digital transformation projects
🔹 Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, project governance, risk management & stakeholder communication
🔹 Lead cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps & Architects
🔹 Manage client relationships, vendors, escalations and delivery outcomes
🔹 Ensure adoption of SDLC best practices, DevOps practices and engineering excellence
🔹 Drive AI adoption across engineering teams using modern AI-powered development tools
Required Skills:
✅ Strong experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
✅ Expertise in SDLC, Program & Portfolio Management
✅ Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
✅ Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices & Enterprise Applications
✅ Experience managing digital transformation & software delivery projects
✅ Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor AI or similar tools
Preferred Certifications:
PMP | PRINCE2 | CSM/PSM | PMI-ACP | SAFe | Cloud Certifications | AI Certifications
