Job Title: PMO Executive / Management Trainee (Technical PMO)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a PMO Executive. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong management background and a keen interest in Project Management Office (PMO) functions, data handling, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in PMO activities including planning, tracking, and reporting of projects
• Handle and manage data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress
• Support project governance and process improvements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Contribute to overall project efficiency and timely delivery

Mandatory Requirements

• MBA graduate (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Experience in data handling, reporting, or management-related tasks
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Interest and enthusiasm for working in a Technical PMO environment

Preferred / Value-Added Skills

• Ability to guide and inspire teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Experience in client interaction or stakeholder management
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and tools
