Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will lead and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders, expediting tasks, monitoring logistics, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and conducting inspections throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and on budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure that projects remain on schedule and meet specified deadlines.
- Knowledge in Inspection practices to ensure quality and compliance with standards during project execution.
- Understanding of Logistics Management and coordination to optimize supply chain operations related to projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in engineering, manufacturing, or consulting industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field is preferred.
