Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage resort construction projects at Karjat location. The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution including planning, coordination, quality control, budgeting, and timely delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overall project management from excavation to project handover.
· Lead site execution activities including RCC, finishing, interior, landscaping, infrastructure, and MEP works.
· Monitor project schedules, budgets, productivity, and quality standards.
· Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
· Review drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, and construction methodology.
· Ensure proper planning of manpower, machinery, and material requirements.
· Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management.
· Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and subcontractor performance.
· Prepare MIS reports, DPR, project schedules, and progress tracking reports.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality procedures.
· Identify project risks and resolve technical/site issues effectively.
· Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials.
· Maintain proper documentation, drawing records, and site coordination.
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of RCC structure, finishing, and high-end interior works.
· Experience in resort project execution will be preferred.
· Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
· Strong understanding of project planning and cost control.
· Ability to manage multiple agencies and contractors at site.
· Knowledge of quality assurance and safety practices.

Preferred Candidate:
· Candidates having experience in luxury resort, villa, hotel, or high-end hospitality projects will be highly preferred.
· Candidate should be willing to relocate/work at site location in Karjat.
