Job Title: Project Manager – Capital Markets / Banking
Location: 100% Remote - Full-time
Experience requried: 7+ Years
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with strong experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) to drive high-impact transformation initiatives.
This role requires someone who can own outcomes, build project plans from scratch, and engage senior stakeholders confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with defined business outcomes
- Develop project plans, timelines, and execution strategies and mobilize cross-functional teams
- Engage with senior stakeholders across Asset Management & CIB, providing executive-level updates and insights
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within capital markets / banking ecosystems
- Manage stakeholder communication, governance, and reporting (exec summaries, progress tracking)
- Collaborate with business and tech teams to define BRD, FSD/FRD, and RTM
- Conduct process mapping, impact analysis, and ensure solution alignment
- Oversee and coordinate UAT cycles and successful delivery
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong Project Management experience in Capital Markets / Banking domain
✔️ Exposure to Asset Management, CIB, Trading Platforms, Securities, Equities, Derivatives
✔️ Proven ability to create project plans and drive execution independently
✔️ Excellent Stakeholder Management, especially with senior leadership
✔️ Strong experience in executive communication (dashboards, summaries, governance reports)
✔️ Hands-on with BRD, FSD/FRD, RTM, UAT
✔️ Experience in Digital Transformation initiatives
✔️ Strong understanding of Regulatory & Compliance frameworks
