Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex interior and construction projects. Primary responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring quality standards and compliance, and addressing any operational challenges. The role will also involve managing logistics and inspections to ensure the timely delivery of materials and adherence to project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, with a strong ability to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively.
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services required for project execution.
- Experience in Inspection and quality control to assess compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Expertise in Logistics Management to oversee the flow of resources and materials efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with interior and civil construction industry standards and best practices is advantageous.
