Project Manager (PG in Project management/BE in Electrical – 10+ years of experience in industrial projects)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple industrial electrical projects across India.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive innovation and process improvements to optimize project efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report project status to management.
- Lead contract negotiations and handle project-related disputes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Postgraduate degree in project management
- Bachelors in electrical engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, automation, and energy efficiency solutions.
- Expertise in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
