Role Description The Project Manager role at Superfan Ng (SPNG) is a full-time, remote position responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support the development and enhancement of the learning platform. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope and timelines, managing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will collaborate with product, engineering, content, and design teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and resolve issues or risks. This role also involves coordinating logistics for releases, facilitating regular status updates, and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will continuously improve processes, support efficient workflows, and help keep projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring tasks, deliverables, and approvals are completed on time.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including organizing resources, timelines, and communication flows across distributed teams.
- Background in Inspection or quality control, with the ability to review deliverables and ensure they meet agreed standards.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and cultures.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and basic understanding of software or product development lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; experience in edtech, language learning, or cultural initiatives is a plus.
