Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Thermal Power Plant EPC projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution from planning to commissioning while ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete Thermal Power Plant project execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site activities.
- Manage Boiler, Turbine Generator (TG), BOP, and structural erection works.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.
- Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Lead project review meetings with management and clients.
- Ensure project completion within scheduled timelines.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15–20 years of experience in Thermal Power Plant projects.
- Experience in EPC project execution is mandatory.
