Role Description
The Project Manager role at Sunchaser Structures Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for structures, including planning timelines, coordinating with internal teams, EPC partners, and vendors, and ensuring materials and components are delivered on schedule. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving issues related to logistics, inspection, and installation, and maintaining documentation and reports for all project activities.
The Project Manager will also manage resource allocation, conduct regular site reviews, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and support continuous improvements in project delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of structure projects.
- Candidates should possess skills as an Expeditor and in Expediting to ensure timely procurement, follow-up with suppliers, and on-schedule delivery of materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to verify structural quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety and industry standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, site deliveries, and inventory handling for project materials.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects, with familiarity in ground-mount PV plant structures, is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation is an advantage.
