Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple IT implementation projects. The candidate will coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution, requirement gathering, system analysis, documentation, testing, and delivery within timelines.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and hands-on experience in SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple IT implementation and transformation projects.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, vendors, and end-users to understand and define project requirements.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, project charters, and execution strategies.
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to develop business analysis documents and project-related documentation.
- Analyze business and system requirements and ensure smooth communication between technical and business teams.
- Prepare and maintain project deliverables such as:
- Project Charter
- Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
- Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
- Use-Case Documents
- Project Presentations (PPTs)
- Work on SDLC processes including requirement analysis, design reviews, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Conduct Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to analyze change requests (CRs), evaluate impact, propose solutions, and update project documentation accordingly.
- Monitor project progress and submit periodic status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely resolution of project risks, issues, and escalations.
- Support management with project-related research, reports, and strategic inputs.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and requirement gathering skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in business analysis and systems analysis.
- Good understanding of Functional Testing and UAT processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in IT implementation, banking support, BFSI, or enterprise projects preferred.
