Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that timelines, costs, and quality align with client expectations. Responsibilities include managing logistics, expediting workflows, coordinating inspections, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders. The individual will work closely with teams and vendors to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and experience in Expediting and Expeditor tasks
- Familiarity with Inspection processes and effective oversight
- Understanding of Logistics Management and coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a project environment
- Previous experience in real estate or construction is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent experience in project management
