Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role also involves risk management, client interaction, and reporting on project performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Project Management: Strong skills in project planning, execution, resource management, and performance reporting.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of engineering systems, including piping systems, equipment installations, PLC programming, and HMI & SCADA design.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, petrochemical engineering, or related industries is preferred.
- Compliance and Safety: Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in engineering projects.
- Leadership and Communication: Effective leadership skills for managing teams, coupled with clear communication and client interaction abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills for managing risks and addressing project challenges.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required. PMP or similar certifications are an advantage.
