Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are maintained. Responsibilities include coordinating design and construction teams, managing logistics, expediting crucial project components, and performing inspections to meet project standards and client expectations. The role requires fostering collaboration among all stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee all project phases effectively
- Experience in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to maintain project schedules
- Knowledge and application of Inspection processes to ensure project quality standards
- Skills in Logistics Management to coordinate material movement and ensure timely deliveries
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients for successful project outcomes
- Experience in the interior design or construction industry is an advantage
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in project management or related fields
