Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Malappuram. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for construction and development projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to define requirements, align expectations, and ensure smooth execution. The role will involve managing procurement and expediting processes, monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, and resolving issues to maintain quality, safety, and timelines. The Project Manager will also track project risks, update stakeholders through regular reports and meetings, and ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong project oversight capabilities, including Project Management and experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction or development projects.
- Experience with procurement coordination, including Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality control processes to maintain safety, compliance, and construction standards on-site.
- Skills in Logistics Management for scheduling, material flow, and coordination between suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects, preferably with exposure to modular or hybrid construction methods.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, documentation, and client updates.
- Familiarity with project management tools and basic understanding of contract administration and compliance.
- Commitment to health, safety, environmental best practices, and continuous improvement on project sites.
