Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management for IT and digital solution projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery. The Project Manager will monitor milestones, prepare status reports, lead review meetings, and proactively resolve issues or escalations. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with organizational standards, maintaining accurate project documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of project materials, services, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, compliance, and readiness of deliverables or equipment.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and supply chain activities related to project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing technology, infrastructure, or software implementation projects; exposure to enterprise or government clients is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and vendor teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Agile, Waterfall); relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are a plus.
