Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Bengaluru, India. The Project Manager will oversee and manage interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities include developing project timelines, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, expediting materials and resources, conducting inspections, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule. The role also involves regular communication with clients to ensure their requirements and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Project Management with the ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Experience in Inspection and quality control to guarantee high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Expertise in Logistics Management, including coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors effectively.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills necessary to manage client expectations and project deliverables.
- Attention to detail and a deep understanding of end-to-end project execution in interior design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus.
