Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in the Healthcare domain to lead projects across diverse healthcare initiatives along with compliance driven data management solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in managing Delivery, Operations, and Production Support clients, coupled with expertise in managing large-scale healthcare projects, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. The candidate should possess strong expertise in project management processes, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and delivering results in a deadline-driven environment. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, familiarity with healthcare standards/regulations, and a collaborative mindset to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end configuration project lifecycle, from planning to final delivery including YoY maintenance and support ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with production support needs.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve production system issues promptly.
- Oversee ticket resolution workflows, ensuring timely responses and minimal downtime.
- Track and report production support metrics, such as system uptime, issue resolution times, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Use root cause analysis (RCA) to identify trends and proactively prevent recurring issues.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, functional business analysts, client delivery and Product teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage client escalations effectively in production environments and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
- Define, monitor, and analyse project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production support processes to track overall project performance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize production workflows and enhance system performance.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including review cycles.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for leadership visibility.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ownership.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to enhance team competencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in managing Production support processes and healthcare compliance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures and production support technologies, like monitoring tools, incident tracking systems, and automation tools.
- Proven experience in onboarding, hiring coordination, quality reviews, assignments, project management and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong excel skills preferred and familiarity with Azure Devops is a strong plus.
- Exposure to US healthcare or compliance documentation highly desirable.
- Familiarity with emerging healthcare technologies such as AI in healthcare or data interoperability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Based in Pune with hybrid work culture; flexibility to overlap with US business hours required.
