Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Patna. The Project Manager will oversee project execution from inception to completion, coordinating with teams, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Responsibilities include expediting tasks, managing procurement logistics, performing inspections, and maintaining project timelines. The role emphasizes collaboration and organizational efficiency to deliver successful construction projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to handle end-to-end project coordination
- Skills in Expediting and familiarity with Expeditor responsibilities
- Proficiency in Inspection practices for quality assurance and compliance
- Knowledge of Logistics Management for seamless procurement and distribution
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with construction tools and software is a plus
