We're looking for
Project Managers!
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end clinical supply operations for global trials, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Develop and maintain study-specific project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee supply chain activities including forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management
- Ensure all project activities comply with GxP, regulatory, and client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, manufacturing, quality, regulatory) to ensure seamless project execution
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues
- Facilitate communication across departments to avoid delays and operational bottlenecks
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on supply chain strategies, requests, and updates
- Provide consultation on clinical supply strategies including logistics, packaging, and distribution
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and external partners
