Job Opening: Project Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane
Preferred Location: Candidates residing in Thane or nearby areas will be given preference
Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month (based on interview & experience)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Weekly Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturday, all Sundays
Requirement: Must have a personal laptop
About the Role
We are looking for a driven, organized, and proactive Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects across design, marketing, branding, website development, and tech services. This role requires strong coordination skills, ownership of timelines, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple projects related to design, branding, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and tech development.
Plan project timelines, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams (designers, developers, marketers, social media managers).
Ensure quality, creativity, and performance standards are maintained across all deliverables.
Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or scope issues and propose proactive solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and regular status updates.
Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
Support senior management with planning, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, digital agencies, or similar environments (freshers with strong skills may apply).
Strong interest in project management, digital marketing, branding, and creative execution.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, UI/UX design, branding, or web development is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
