Project Manager
Samruddha MineChem Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the erection, installation, and commissioning of our new, large-scale Rock Phosphate Beneficiation/ Processing Plant. This is a critical leadership role responsible for steering the project from foundational construction to successful operational handover, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, and timeline standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end erection of the plant, including structural work, mechanical installation, piping, and electrical instrumentation.
- Site Management: Lead on-site teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, engineering drawings, and safety protocols.
- Budget & Scheduling: Develop detailed project schedules [Primavera P6/MS Project], manage project costs, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Contractual & Regulatory: Manage vendor contracts, site logistics, and secure necessary statutory clearances and environmental compliances.
- Technical Coordination: Work closely with engineering teams to resolve site issues, facilitate design reviews, and ensure equipment installation aligns with process requirements.
- Safety & Quality: Enforce strict Zero Harm safety policies and uphold strict quality assurance/quality control [QA/QC] standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in industrial plant erection in Phosphate or Chemical, with at least 5 years specifically in mining, mineral processing [phosphate], or fertilizer plants. The candidate should have proven expertise in handling large-scale EPC [Engineering, Procurement, Construction] projects. The focus is on Mechanical Erection, Beneficiation Plant, Crusher/Ball Mill Installation.
